Separate windows for people's videos and shared screen in a meeting
It would increase quality of interactions and work-life tremendously if we could clearly see the faces of our co-workers also when someone is sharing a screen, to be better able to perceive moods, reactions and so on. The suggestion is to be able to separate the shared screen and the collage view of people's faces in two separate windows, in the same way we can 'pop out' chat windows.

This worked even in Skype for Business. I cannot understand why this feature is not implemented in teams.
This would be really helpful to make a call more engaging! Currently, only the person sharing screens has a good view on the other participants.
