Rename Guest Users in a Teams Meeting
If a guest has joined a Teams Meeting allow Organizer or Presenter to rename (change the displayed name) of a guest user. Currently this can only be done by the guest when joining the meeting. So, the organizer must ask the guest to re-join the meeting with a correct naming set up.
this seems to be an easy task and someone might wonder why this is needed. But we have in fact an issue right now about this. We are holder a meeting with up to 300 guests in the meeting. Because the organisation of this guest users is not easy and also we need to take forms surveys for only some part of the guests where others need to be moved to a breakout room while the survey is running, rename the users is very important to understand what rights every user have. (private user status). Also it is very important that the name of the user is the real name of the user. Means if someone have used Teams before but not used the real name he gets automatically joined with the first choosen name. I as organisator need the ability to rename all guest users (guest users include external users here, external from my own Teams organisation)
