Increase recording frames per second from 8 to something more useable. Maybe 30fps??
Chris Jenkins commented
Jumping on the pile the current framerate makes recordings unusable.

Absolutely choppy MS Teams recording, video looks even bad with Lip sync issues.
Why such issue with MS Teams? Are with still 10 year behind?
Comeone, we are in 2021, 4K is norm and 60fps. We are yet to get 30fps?

We experienced 14.77 FPS but it felt way lower. The livedemo of our App was very choppy and delayed. And the clients thought our product was bad... They really need to improve this otherwise teams is not a business solution.
The 90's called...they want their 8fps back!

Yes! 8fps is horrible. 24, 25 or 30fps should be the minimum.
I can't believe I actually need to vote for this??!! This is like voting at BMW to get a steering wheel into a car..
PLEASE take the time to make your product as competitive as Zoom, WebEx, etc.. Your recording fps are not acceptable for playback, anywhere.
Please improve this! I was watching a remote class today and the instructor was modeling proper body language when presenting, and the dropped frames very negatively impacted her message.
Youtube easily supports 4k resolution, 60FPS, and bit rates up to 80 Megabit. Teams recording looks like a poorly animated stop motion video from the 1970s. My last Teams recording was 1080p, 8FPS, and 506Kb bitrate. PLEASE enhance this.
lol this has only 1 up vote so far, I will add mine.
I guess no body cares about choppy recordings compared to the more standard 25/30fps use generally in videos and most other platforms (i.e. zoom 25fps!). Desperately needed a choice either by the end-user or platform wide.
