Transfer Voice Calls to External Contacts
We have recently implemented Teams PBX solution. Currently i cannot transfer a call to a saved Outlook contact that is external to the business. All internal business users are fine. Surely we should not expect users to manually search, copy and paste a phone number into the transfer call field?

This is a major feature that is available in Skype for Business but not Teams. How can they retire Skype for Business if there is not feature parity! This is a fundamental feature we require for our switchboard.
How about switchboards required to transfer some calls to relevant mobiles or to external PSTN numbers ?
We're in the same boat. Whats the point of having the ability to create contacts in Teams or O365 if you have to maintain a secondairy list in another application ?
