When @mentioning people, list people you frequently interact with first if they have similar names to others in the org
When I type an @mention Teams keeps suggesting people I never talk to over people I talk to ALL THE TIME.
This is annoying as at best it results in me having to interact more to specify which person I'm talking about.
At worst, I end up accidentally mentioning a person who has no idea who I am and why I'm mentioning them in a chat.
To fix this, please sort @mentions by people I interact with most - not just based on everyone with the same name in the organization.
