include to-do "my day" functionality in planner tasks
hi, one interesting thin of to-do is the functionality "My Day", this is not included in the new planner+tasks app in teams
It's a good idea to include it.
I only use ToDo for the "My day" feature. I cannot use Task in Teams until "My Day" is implemented

Same here. Totally defeats the purpose of wanting user to migrate to Tasks for Teams.
Please add ASAP.
I cannot believe they have not added the My Day page to Teams Tasks by Planner.
To use I need to have Teams and a Tab open to Tasks.
Then when I update on I get connection errors as both attempt to refresh at the same time.
Therefore this negates the need to use Tasks By Planner in teams for me!!!!!
My Day is totally required!

We need to promote this idea, I am thinking about this every day. I still continue using To-Do only for this feature.

I was thrilled when I saw Tasks by ToDo and Planner in Teams only to discover that My Day was not there. I utilize this functionality heavily and will not use the new Teams section until it becomes available.

I use this feature all the time in the outlook tasks view. Not having it in the planner + tasks app makes the app un-usable
Not just a nice idea - essential if you want users to live in Teams.
To Do has become very popular with our org and heavily used - the idea of having it in Teams is also very well received but getting questions on "My Day" in Teams from To-Do... Would love to see that added in the Team Client.

I would love to see this view as an option. I appreciate the current integration of To-Do and Planner, but for me my workflow uses the My Day view a lot. I generally use the To-Do app in the morning before leaving the house to set up my My Day activities which is usually a combo of tasks that have a due date of today (or yesterday in some cases :-)) and tasks that don't have a set due date.
In the current implementation in Teams it does mean that when I try to look at the 'Tasks' list its just got everything and can display quite overwhelmingly.

This is the only thing holding me back from only needing the Teams app on my workstations.

As someone who uses both To Do and Teams daily I agree this would be a great feature to add.
