we need more certified Bluetooth device
I brought the Noise Cancelling Sony WH-CH710N over the ear for the comfort, to use it in teams and listen to music during work (8hrs a day). I cant just return them now to get a credit towards a purchase of a much more expensive headset like the Bose and the EPOS ADAPT.... How does the bluetooth headset that I have get certified by Microsoft?

Hello. I also have the exact same problem detailed by the other persons here. I have bought bluetooth headsets Sony WH-CH710N and on teams it only works for about 25 minutes. After that I stop listening, but the other people in the call don't stop listening me. So this is something with the audio. I normally turn off the headsets and turn on again and that works for about more 15 minutes until it happens again. I ask to please certify these headsets in teams.

I too am having connectivity issues using Sony WH-CH710N on Microsoft Teams as well. The audio/voice will sometimes last 30 minutes, sometimes every 3 minutes it faults out again. Most frustrating considering the cost. Please resolve this issue immediately otherwise we will have to try for a refund and spend our money elsewhere.

Hello Support team,
I'm facing the same issue with the Sony WH-CN710N. It will cut out during the call without warning. The earphones work with every other application bar Teams. Please we need a solution for this problem.
Thank you in advance,

I have Jabra Active 65+ and also Jabra Elite 45h both are MS Teams certified. But I also have the same post connection every 20 mins I have to change the audio source or switch one and switch off the head set. What could be the issue and do we have any fix for the same.
Same head set works without any issue on mobile app of Teams, while listening to music etc.The problem is only when connected to Teams on Laptop. Not sure what is the issue.

I am facing the same issue as everyone else below. Sony WH-CH710N cuts off when you are on a MS Teams call after a few minutes. It works well with every other app. I had purchased this specifically for MS Teams calls as my previous one is slowly getting to end of life. Microsoft - Please get this working as soon as possible whatever the root cause is. Otherwise, more and more customers are going to switch to Zoom.

Honestly, MS Teams is the ONLY app that I have issues with my new wireless headsets. Stuff certification - just get it to work like EVERY other windows application.
Switching conferences to Zoom until this is sorted.

Hi, I'm having same problem with SONY WH-CH710N and Teams.

Please help support and certify Sony WH-CH710N Noise canceling headphones for use on Teams on a Window 10 PC laptop. Do let us know if there is a codec or other bluetooth update required for this (if already available). I use the Dell laptop and I dont see the need for any update requirement at this point to address this compatibility requirement.
Note: Teams is not an issue for the same headset when one joins through an iOS device; just that some of the applications and files required for the call are on a Windows machine and for security reasons, etc. cannot be shuffled around to personal devices.
Thank you.

I also have the same problem with my WH-CH710N with Teams.
It's annoying as I have bought it to primarily use with Teams.
Microsoft should definitely certify it.
