Meeting invite format is different when meetings are created in Teams vs Outlook. If you create a meeting in Outlook you get one style and if you create a meeting in Teams you get the same style if viewed in Teams but if you view the meeting invite in Outlook it comes though in plain text. Meeting invite formats should look the same when viewed in both applications.
