MS Booking not showing patient's name, as well as Teams - Hospital context
Hello,
We still can not see the patient name even on MS Booking, unless we click on the specific booking (by edit) and exit. In order for the name to appear once the booking is created, we should edit the booking, click on the patient name and then save again.
It is too much time consuming for our RN's and staff, especially in a hospital context and during this pandemic. So to summarize it, if we can have the patient name shown right away after creating the booking, on MS Booking & Team, this is the right solution for our staff, patients and hospital.
