Store a user's application preferences (settings) on the server-side so that it roams with the user. For example, if I set that I want the dark theme in the Windows client, that same setting should apply with I use the web interface for Teams. This would also help in VDI scenarios where users connect to many desktops or desktops are refreshed each night.
