Guest calendar access
In a time where Teams meetings have exploded due to COVID-19 and meetings being conducted digitally it would be very beneficial to allow guests the possibility to view their calendar Teams but also the possibility to view others calendar aswell (free/busy information only), for example if they are a member of a specific team, they would be able to see that Teams’ calendar, or select specific calendars they would like to see free/busy information for. And then be able to invite other guests or members to a Teams meeting. Right now our guests have to ask us when we are available for teams meetings and it’s very time consuming. If they were able to view our free/busy information in the Teams calendar it would be much easier for them to plan meetings.
