Turn off automatic "Away" notification.
Give the end user the ability to turn off automatic "AWAY" notification. Users are not always AWAY from the computer when the "Away" automatically set itself. This causes others to ASSUME you are not at your desk/computer which causes issues. Unless actively using your system there is no other way to keep it from happening. I have been in middle of reading long documents and emails and notice that the Teams app shows me away. This is a BUG.
