rearrange video pane/window in Teams
ability to rearrange the speaker & participants videos in the window. you should be able to move the video pane to the top of the screen
I'm self-concious every single day in 'stand-up' because I look either inattentive or asleep because I'm looking DOWN. My camera is on the TOP of my friggin screen.
Come on guys!
Make your great product even better by implementing this!!
Hey MS - Is this in the roadmap at least?
Agree that the ability to move video pane/windows to top of screen would be great!

Yes, please, I just sat through a meeting where most everyone was looking below the screen. We know why, because of the position of the gallery, but it doesn't make it any less awkward.

We need to be able to position the participants closer to the camera (top of the screen) so that we look like we're engaged and not looking down at our phones - it's as simple as that!!
All attendees constantly look like they are staring at their keyboards during meetings because the speaker and other attendees are at the bottom of the screen.

Yes please, having the video bar at the top will greatly help simulate eye contact with participants.

I couldn't agree more with all comments.
There are another 276+ votes for similar request here: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40457692-adjust-position-of-self-view-video-in-meetings
Please do this simple change that other video conference apps are providing already.
Can you please confirm when this feature will be ready? Read the other comments to understand how important this is !!!! (it is all about eye contact!)
Please Microsoft this is a very important ergonomic feature. The webcam is on top of the monitor and I like to look at the other participants.

We need this. this is an essential feature for any video conferencing tool!!
Seems like should be an easy thing to implement. Even if it is not, Microsoft should be able to understand the user experience and understand the need for this.

Here is my vote to allow participant images to be at the top of the screen when presenting or have my image at the top when I'm in Large Gallery mode.

Eye contact is essential during zoom meetings. Other videoconferencing platforms allow the images to show at the top or the side, so it is important for Microsoft to facilitate this as well
When using a wide monitor - basically the only kind o display available today - when someone is presenting, the top bar with the controls and the bottom row of videos makes the actual presentation too small.
Just like have been said before me, allow the videos to be docked to the side as well. That would leave more space for the actual presentation on the screen.
And while at it, allow them to be docked to the top as well - because the camera is usually on the top of the screen, it would look better if you also look at people on the top.

Just do it - please!!!

Come on microsoft - skype could do this so why can't teams ? Zoom is so much better its unbelieveable!

Not to top - only! Also to gallery on side.
Almost everyone have widescreens.
Screen height is limiting in ms teams, when sharing screen. This is what the gallery uses up, so that the shared content is barely readable.
But there is ample space beside the screen.
So (like other similar products) make the videobar rearrangeable to top, bottom or the side.
That would enable people to get a better view of the shared content, while still having a view of the participants.
