Call queue and auto attendant managers
In Skype for Business there was an option to add a manager to a response group. This allowed a non-IT admin to change hours, holidays, queue members, etc.
Is this coming to Teams (or is it already available and I'm not looking in the right place?)
Yes this needs to be fixed ASAP. I cannot believe this isn't a feature. There are many things from Skype for Business that were great that isn't included in Teams. Really frustrating when you have an E5 and you can't have your front desk staff govern their own phone queues. We pay Microsoft $800,000 a year. Please for the love of god fix this.

A must for Teams Response Group Management. Will save time for IT admins
Please add manager queue management functionality! I've had this capability in Avaya along with Ringcentral. I understand the 365 platform is different than a standalone phone system, however requiring to either set a manager as an admin just to mange user call queues or put all the onus on our system admin for every change(which is multiple times a day). This is not scalable.

This would be a great add as we have several managed call flows that were trying to rebuild in MS Teams but the users lose the management capabilities. It help avoid admins needing to do the updates.
