Meeting options appears only after a meeting is scheduled. It is wise to have the meeting options available while scheduling the meeting such that the permissions of participants are allowed/disabled in advance. At present to change to the meeting options one needs to schedule the meeting and then remember to go to the web interface from the app interface to change the meeting options. This can be best avoided and while scheduling the meeting meeting options can be configured. Thereby helping the admin to save some time, effort and embrasement of missing out the configuration and face trouble during the meetings.
