Optimize Media (Video) during Screen Sharing
Video should be optimized during screen sharing. Participants always received a "stopmotion-like" or dropped frames video. This greatly affect my teaching as I need to share video reference to my students for case study.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working on improving the video playback when sharing a video during a meeting so that the video playback is smoother. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

There is an excellent workaround for this already. We had a big problem recently and I've scoured the internet.
Ths solution is basically to have your videos embedded in a PowerPoint presentation, make sure that they will play back in full-screen mode and either automatically or when clicked on, then enable media controls in slide-show view.
Make sure the presentation is on OneDrive (ideally has also recently been opened).
Then, when sharing - DO NOT CHOOSE "Screen" or "Window". Choose PowerPoint, and either choose it from the list that appears of recent files, or chose it from OneDrive.
Videos play super smoothly, because they are coming directly from the OneDrive server. Here is the article I found:

Our company has adopted a Microsoft first commitment; but to tell you the truth it's hard to support when WebEx and other platforms perform so much better! Please solve this and other issues related to effective sharing of multimedia content!

In the Teams admin center, we can adjust "Media bit rate (Kbs) for Audio & Video. This is under the "Meeting Polocies". I think a "Media bit rate" for "Content sharing" would make sense as well. This way, admins can choose how much bandwidth users can use up. If wanted, this would also be a good place to adjust other settings, such as maximum resolution or frames per second for Content sharing.

This is the largest issue we have with Teams and would be the best way to get our users completely out of Zoom and into Teams. Please prioritize!

I echo those comments about "jerky" video when playing back my Teams classes on Stream. Also, please make it mandatory that the audio is heard when sharing videos on your desktop.
