Allow setting idle time to avoid constantly appearing "Away"
Now that we are working from home, we need to appear as available all time, or at least for more time that 3 minutes even when you are not actively using the computer.

This thread said the same thing, had more comments and likes, and they have said they've completed it but it doesn't look like it has been from the info the admin shared. Comments are now closed as they claim it has been completed. Very frustrating!
I agree. Our company has been using our availability as a way to make sure we are logged in. Mine will show away even though I’m actively working on my remote connection and my teams app was loaded onto the background of my lap top show it shows away a lot of the time unless I minimize my remote screen and move the curser on the desktop screen. It would be nice to have the option of showing that I’m always available.

In Skype we were able to set a specific amount of time before we would appear away. This kept Skype from showing folks as away every time they got up to get a drink, read a document, stretch, etc. Please add this setting to Teams.
