Don't minimise Teams when screen sharing a different screen (multi-screen setup)
Currently when you share a screen the primary Microsoft Teams window is minimised (down into the dock on Macs). When this occurs you can no longer see the video feeds of the meeting participants, chats, virtual whiteboard, etc.
I have a 3-screen setup. When I share a screen that the primary Microsoft Teams window is not present on the application should not automatically minimise the primary Microsoft Teams window.
Presumably minimising the window was seen as a usability enhancement or to avoid sharing the video feed as part of the screen share, however for multi-screen environments this is unnecessary.

This is also an issue when sharing single windows, especially when using a tiling window manager, because the minimizing of the main window causes the window manager to re-layout all windows. Please make it configurable, at least.

250 votes on same idea here. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/31709596-don-t-minimize-on-screen-share
can't agree more - this is just so annoying

This minimise default is very annoying. Skype doesn't do that.

Also agree - I want to see the participants as well as the shared screen. Resizing the video screen is an un-necessary task

Whole heartily agree.
You have your team meeting with everyone on the second screen all chatting with video. You then, decide to share your second screen to collaboration and get the collective ideas agreed, and bang!, your teams video of everyone minimised, grrr.
I have to put them back so I can see their reactions while I present.
I get it for single screens, but if you have two or more then I (and I'm sure others) have to put them back up EVERY TIME !!! (frustrating)
