Need to be able to customize Call Park Policy Settings
We need to reduce the timeout on Call park policies and have the call ring the same phone it was answered on.

Brent is so right - why is this not a customizable option? We cannot / will not enable the call park functions until we can reduce the timeout setting.
The inability to change the timeout setting is ridiculous. When was the last time you waited 5 minutes for someone to answer their phone?
