Open pop out chat from banner notification
When I get a chat notification it should include a button to open the chat as a pop-out window straight away

Agree! The option to pop out the chat should be available from the banner notification

This would help focus on what I am doing in Teams. If I am reviewing or editing a document in Teams and a chat notification comes in I should be able to reply to that chat without losing where I am in the particular team/chat
