Please stop the Slider disappearing, which controls where you can choose whether or not to receive calls for call queues.
From time to time our users loose the call slider for about an hour then it comes back, please can someone fix this. It's really annoying for our users as they can not sign out of a call queue and go to lunch.
See attached picture, the yellow highlighted section, just disappears totally, then returns sometime later. This is totally random as to when it might occur.
Same issue today for us except that all the queue options disappears, not just the slider We have already tried logging off and back on in the Teams app.
We are also having this problem as of this morning. We are presently unable to access our main phone line for our office.
