Skin tone choice for reactions and overall emoji use across Teams.
Similar to other topics but want to clarify the various skin tone options should be available for "reactions" and all parts of MS Teams where you can use an emoji. Setting a default skin tone is key and inclusive - would be a good micro-step in dismantling systemic racism.

I really would implore Microsoft to sort this out.... we are a small City Council in the UK - we are trying to become a fair and inclusive employer, and are committed to addressing the structural racism in our organisation. It feels shockingly unfair that a global organisation like Microsoft has not prioritised ensuring that inclusive practice is at the heart of the offer. As the lead for HR at our council, I am embarrassed that the platform we are signed up to hasn't realised this is a big deal!
