Chat Grouping
Allow multiple "pinned groups" e.g. a named pinned group like
Internal Team
External Team
Customers North
Customers South
etc
having pinning is good but allowing multiple groupings would be better to allow segragation of customers and teams

Also, be able to have "sub-chat" groups under chat groups..... I would really need to be able to create sub-sets under a chat group
