Show participants panel at top of screen when screen sharing
When looking at participants video panel then it will make for a more natural engagement as eyes will be looking nearer the video camera
This is so important. I wonder why the Microsoft team ignores this. Is anybody from the Microsoft team listening?
Would love to see this fixed.

I agree. The participant panel location should be selectable top or bottom.
Just my experience. When you are in a call, you tend to watch to the other persons on the screen. Especially when someone is sharing the screen, I still want to look at the person to see how they react and non-verbally communicate. When I see myself, I can see that I am looking downward, instead of looking into the camera. Moving the participants to the top would solve this.
And yes, in Zoom you can drag the people to any location on the screen.....

This is something ZOOM does. With the videos at the bottom I am looking at the ground when I am talking to people. This is a terrible experience and I am surprised that there are not more requests for this. Non verbal communication is just as important online as it is in person.
At a minimum, move the videos to the TOP because that is where ALL cameras are positioned on laptops, monitors, desktops, etc.

Even better would be to allow you to choose whether the participants video panel is on the top or the bottom.
