Need user guest access to shifts in teams so you can manage freelancers

Agree with George here - we deliver engineering projects which have an on-call rota. Those rotas can include our own engineering team, but also client engineers on time-sensitive projects. The ability to include these external guest users on a shift would be extremely useful, avoiding the current workaround of creating a user account for them, which is still a risk as it's not their primary account and so things might get missed.

There are many of us that work with individuals outside our organizations. Some may be independent contractors, and others may be a collaboration of people from outside the primary organization that need to coordinate work times on specific projects and/or missions. Not allowing Guest users to access Shifts makes scheduling more difficult than in needs to be, especially when we have an easily manageable app such as Shifts to work with. During COVID, this has been something that quickly became increasingly important, but for some reason has been left by the wayside. Please look in to allowing this sooner rather than later.
