Raised hand reminder
people often forget that the raised hand icon is still raised after saying what they wanted to. So the suggestion is to either deactivate the icon after it is detected that the person has spoken or simply flash a reminder to the person that your hand is still raised, put down or keep raised
Although a source of amusement, the "legacy hand" issue is becoming annoying and eroding efficiency. It should be easy to detect the sequence: raise hands, start speaking, stop speaking - and then make the raised hand flash in the hand-raising user's view. It might even be a good idea to offer an option for automatically lowering the hand after speaking.
Changing the color of the raised hand in the tool bar would be helpful. Since we are unable to see our own hand raised, this gets forgotten on a regular basis and interruptions discussions/meetings to better identify if the person still needs to speak. Changing the color or having a reminder would be very useful.
Since you cannot see your own hand if the context menu is hidden, I would furthermore suggest that you see the raised hand in the thumbnail video window like you do with the other participants. It is way too subtle now...

Another alternative is to increase the contrast colour to something much brighter so that the questioner is alerted to the fact that their hand is still raised, once they have finished speaking.
Very good idea. Much needed!
Great suggestion, I would love this functionality!

Yes, please!! This is a wonderful program!!! But once you raise your hand ^ get called on or not, everyone else can see that your hand is still raised except for you and it makes for several embarrassing moments during the meeting with the mediator asking if you had another comment or question or if you forgot to lower your hand. It would be great if the person with the raised hand could also see that their hand is raised the same way everyone else sees. Thank you so much for your hard work!!
