Activate "class" type team with PowerShell
At the moment when a class team is created using PowerShell (with class template), an owner needs to open the team and "activate" it before team members (students) can be added to private channels.
It will be good if we can activate the team via PowerShell, so we can automate the setup of channel members for the academic.

We need this cmdlets to activate classes. We create around 3,000 teams for teaching each semester, and administrators cannot activate teams in bulk for educators. It would help us a lot.

Due to the exponential growth of our Education Teams, our university has to generate upwards of 200 Classes per week, using a PowerShell script. We now have to instruct hundreds of teachers that they have to manually click "Activate" for each and every Team before their students can be officially added. This is causing huge frustration for multiple faculties. If we could pre-activate a class via PowerShell, it would increase everyone's productivity.
