Option to turn off notifications when Out of the office is on
Since Teams can see when you have out of office set. Please add a setting to disable notifications while out of office is on for Android app.

How is this STILL not a function?! I work remotely and it is necessary for me to have notifications on my devices so that I do not miss anything, while I am ON THE CLOCK. But when I am off the clock I desperately need to unplug. I am a part of a ridiculous number of channels and it is entirely too cumbersome and really impossible to have to go into each individual and change the notification settings. This is literally ruining my mental health not having this option. PLEASE MAKE THIS A SETTING!
Currently on vacation and today was the last straw. Had to go into Outlook and teams to turn off all notifications. How this is not a feature for a work oriented app is beyond me
Linking to Out of office setting would be very beneficial.

+1 Can't believe this isn't an option especially with Office 365 accounts.
It makes me ANGRY that Microsoft provides block notifications on a 'quiet day of the week', BUT NO auto cancelling temporary period of time, AND NO option to link notification blocking to out of office.
They care enough to think you might need quiet periods, but don't care about users holidays which are specifically for rest?? What?
I think it's a damning inditement of development management by Microsoft we have to reach votes for this. Do they think employee holiday is important?

Please add this to the Android app. It's very frustrating to keep getting teams messages when I'm on holiday...

Needs to be available on iOS and Android.
This is a basic functionality that's badly needed. We went from Slack to Teams and I'm missing this basic function for when I need to disconnect on a day off, or just turn off notifications when I'm driving for 2 hours....I'm about to take a well-deserved week off and I have to completely shut off notifications for quiet time and remember to reset this when I'm back in office.

Agree with all the comments here. It’s frustrating to have to turn off notifications completely.
I’m here because I just got a Teams call on my day off. I’m out of office, my auto responder is set up, etc.
Please prioritize this feature or at a minimum give us a “silence everything“ button to toggle manually (instead of the 10 different options under general activity in iOS app)
Really sucks to have the app alerting me when I’ve already told it I’m away.
I also want to see this added!
Users have a *Right to Disconnect* and Teams should help facilitate that, especially when so many of us are working remotely at the moment.
+1 for this on the iOS app also - currently the only options available are either turning off all notifications for the app, or logging out whilst you're OOF.
As the original request correctly noted, Teams can already see when you're OOF if you've set it in Outlook, the Desktop or Mobile apps, so it shouldn't be difficult to provide an option to supress notifications when the OOF status is on.

Previously with a company that used a Teams competitor. No issues. Today is the first day out of office on PTO. Hard to believe there is no option to turn off notifications when OOO is set.
Another great idea used by your competitors is the ability to tag folks that are currently logged in and active only (e.g., @here).
How is this not a basic part of the app? Now I'll have to turn them all off permanently, since there's no other way, and I'll probably forget to turn them back on. Ugh

Yes, please. I can set quite hours or quite days, but want a toggle to silence notifications when out of the office. Should apply to both Android and iOS.
This should be for mobile in general (iOS should also be supported). Thanksgiving weekend and getting a lot of notifications on phone from team members in other countries

Please can someone add this feature to teams. It should be a simple tick box under scheduling in the teams settings menu.
