When initiating a call from a physical device such as a Yealink or Poly Teams phone, the user cannot share their desktop with the same person as it starts a new meeting with them, forcing the call from the phone being put on hold. This makes it impossible to do support type stuff when physical devices are involved. Not sure this used to be the same in Skype for Business.
