Open Windowed Chat from Notification
Now that windowed chat is enabled (thank you!!!), provide the option to open chats in their own window from the notification instead of in the main teams interface. If the thread is already open in a window, on click it could focus on the minimized window. That way if I'm working on a file in teams, clicking an incoming chat wouldn't navigate me away from it.

THIS!!! This is one of the two most useful parts of Skype; I can open a chat without changing the context of my primary window. Popouts are great, but unless I'm proactively opening popouts, incoming notifications are still disruptive.
