Make calls on behalf of a resource account used for a Call Queue or Auto Attendant.
You can pick someone in Teams to be your delegate—to receive and make calls on your behalf. It will be nice if you can make calls on behalf of a resource account used for a Call Queue or Auto Attendant.
With this feature it will be possible to dial out with a general number assigned to Call Queue or Auto attendant.
For Direct Routing within Teams it is still not possible to set the outgoing line ID to a service number.
This feature would be very useful
We would also love this. We want our IT department to use their own DID for outbound dialing most of the time, but want them to be able to pick to call out as the helpdesk's auto attendant number when working on tickets.

Exactly my wish as well. Some customers either can't or plainly don't want Calling Plans and I would like Microsoft to treat Direct Routing service numbers the same as they treat their own. Thank God for Direct Routing at least, so I can make those number maskings on the SBC.
