Enable captions / subtitles in Microsoft Teams web app
I am hearing hearing impaired. Captions / Subtitles are already enabled in the desktop (PC/Mac) and Android versions. However, this doesn't seem to be available in the web app.
For some internal reason (incorrect computer configuration that needs company support), I cannot use the desktop or mobile app, and I have to use the web app instead. Is it possible to enable the captions on the web app?

Please share some update on this suggestion, would be nice to know if / when live captions will be accessible from web aswell. thanks
Any updates on this?
Would love if this was available for the web version. I'm using the web version of Microsoft Outlook and Teams and the limited use of some things such as this makes work a little more challenging. It would be nice

Likewise, our new/current working from configuration means many colleagues are unable to use the desktop app, using the browser version instead and the closed captions options would be immensely useful to use in presentations or team meetings. If there is any way this can be rolled out to the browser version that would be excellent.

I am working with a hearing loss charity in UK, c.c. available in app, but not in browser - for some volunteers, it would be very useful to have this in the browser as app does not support multiple work accounts so if volunteer is working, they cannot use app for volunteering and need to use the browser. In addition, c.c. available on teams Meetings, but not on video chat?

Any update on this? This is an accessibility issue, not a feature request...
