When meeting organiser hangs up, offer choice of 'End meeting for everyone' or 'Leave Meeting (just you)'
Currently, if the meeting organiser presses the red 'hang up' button, they leave the meeting, but the meeting carries on.
Although there is a separate 'End Meeting' option, it is hidden in the '...' menu, and most people would not realise that when they leave (as the organiser) the call carries on.
When the meeting organiser presses the red 'hang up' button, Teams should ask:
"End the meeting for everyone, or leave the meeting but let others stay on" (or similar) with these buttons:
* End Meeting for Everyone (default selected)
* Leave Meeting (Just You)
Lower priority: add the ability when choosing 'Leave Meeting' to select a new 'organiser' for the meeting.

My two cents, having extra options to be activated separately to enable a behaviour such as as:
- If the person is away for xx minutes the user is said to be away and the user workstation session locks but the user is still connected to the meeting (as Skype does)
- After yy minutes the meeting is closed, the user is automatically disconnected from the meeting.
adding a policy to let admin setup automatic meeting end when organizer leaves would be a plus.
customer worries that not closing the meeting will let open meeting windows on workstations which prevents session lock.
yes, this makes more sense and intuitive than the current set up. I have experienced people stayed in the meeting hours after it ends, it is recording, cause the person forgot to leave and the meeting organizer did not realize to end meeting for all
