Allow for Teams Call Queues to be searchable as a contact
When a user is on a call and looks to transfer, Teams Call Queues should be searchable contacts. Users should also be able to search for them in the directory to call just like they do a normal user. Currently unable to do so, only able to search for individual users.

Absolutley. Where a company has multiple departments,I want to be able to transfer a call to the IT Dept call queue, not have to search for a specific individual within that dept. Having the call queue name searchable for transfer / consult and transfer would be a massive help. At the moment the only work around is to make the telephone numbers attached to those call queues available to people to manually type into the box (which I would rather not do but have not choice)

At present we can only search is we know the name of the Queue from the beginning, but would be handy if we could search for a word or phrase within a call queue name.
