Full integration with AirPods with Teams
Currently Teams loses connection to AirPods once AirPods are disconnected (as after a call). For the next call, AirPods don't connect without re-starting Teams. This is annoying AF

Agree with lots of comments here, the volume in Teams is way too loud with AirPods and doesn't respect the system volume controls. I can't understand how Microsoft hasn't fixed such a blatant issue with these hugely popular wireless headphones.

Need customized option to mute/unmute self while on call using Airpods/Airpods Pro interface by single/double/triple squeezing Airpods stem. Currently, single squeeze disconnects from call

Inexcusable that AirPods are still incompatible the Teams.
Come on, Microsoft!

AirPods were working for several months, but within the past month or two (not sure if it was iOS 14 or Windows 2020 updates, which have been buggy this year) they only work the first time they're used during a Teams meeting after a system reboot.
If, gods forbid, I use them to connect to a second Teams meeting, all audio sources crash (i.e., speaker icon turns to red X) until I restart the system. Which...is just awesome when working remotely. Can't try Sound Troubleshooter because it's a locked-down corporate machine in a workplace subject to HIPAA. For pity's sake, get this fixed.

Volume way too high in hands-free mode, but stereo mode drops audio and does not seem as good quality for microphone (necessary for remote meetings).

Extremely frustrating erratic inconsistent performance and predictable behavior while working within Teams. Getting a widely used headphone functional with Teams should not be a big effort for MS if they have any customer service inclination to help the millions that are trying to make the most of working remotely!
This is probably intentional so they can push the MS branded ear pods and technically exclude the competition.

Same here. My aripods pro will freeze while in Teams meeting and I can't even restart teams without CTRL+ALT+DEL. My bluetooth service gets shut down and it happens in about every third call. Unacceptable.

Please make the Airpods integrate fully with Teams. AirPods are a widely used item now and to me it seems these should absolutely be integrated with your product. I am sick and tired of having to customize and mess with headphone/headset modes to get the volume to work and the microphone in the AirPods does not even work at all. Absolutely ridiculous how simple of a fix this would be.

Please make it work, volume too high, microphone only works part of the time and they often drop out during calls

I just saw this tip - have not tried it yet, but sounds good!
In Settings-> App volume and device preferences, set Output to Headphones and Input to HeadsetPS - Microsoft should fully support AirPods properly
