Date format
Currently all dates of posts appear in US format (mm/dd/yy) which causes confusion because everywhere else my laptop displays them in UK format (which is also how most non-US people think about dates). Can the global setting not be used automatically also in Teams?

Although the fact MS has been "Working On It (TM)" for years with zero progress should tell you that you can't hold your breath...

I have to prove a delayed confirmation received in a legal matter. The screenshot I could take from chat tells:
"Monday, 13:30 PM CET"
Are you serious? Do you mean this chat "timestamp" is a timestamp?
People using MicrosoftTeams are non-analphabets, what more, rather quite literate... so you shall trust us, that we know the date of the day, no need to tell us that this week we had a "Monday"... -

It would be great if the Teams client (web or local) used the format specified in the OS. Just because I want Teams in English does not mean I prefer the US format.

Hi we are based in Europe and launched a suite of PowerBI reports to the company this week, all reporting using Teams is setting the date format to US and as a consequence it is confusing and unusable.
Please can this be looked at ASAP as it is leading to a lack of interest in reporting.

UK date format would be massively appreciated (dd-mm-yyyy).
