Allow option to show participants video feeds at the top.
When someone is presenting and a conversation ensues, I end up looking down to the participants bar to watch them as they speak. A large number of people have camera that sit above the screen. If we had the option to move the participants video bar to the top or even a side to match where our camera is, we would more easily be able to look at the camera and see who we are talking with.
Moving anywhere would be ideal. Top is best when on video and your camera is at the top of your monitor/laptop. And in situations with screen share, the sides of the screen are wasted space and could have the participants bar fill one side. See attached with highlighted wasted space.

This is something ZOOM does. With the videos at the bottom I am looking at the ground when I am talking to people. This is a terrible experience and I am surprised that there are not more requests for this. Non verbal communication is just as important online as it is in person.
At a minimum, move the videos to the TOP because that is where ALL cameras are positioned on laptops, monitors, desktops, etc.
