Volume controls needed
Volume is a major issue.
1. Make a volume adjuster for the program and team meetings separate. Right now, Teams meeting starts at the max volume of the system sound and the volume adjuster adjusts the system sound.
2. Make a volume adjustment for each person in the meeting, making them louder or lower.
3. Make a way to lower or raise your own mic
4. Make a push to talk button. IE press a button like a radio. Yes you have a mute button, but a bind key makes a lot more sense. This of course would be optional.

Is there some update related to this issue?
It is REALLY annoying, that I have to adjust the whole pc sound, and cannot adjust the application sound separately

Yes! All of these would be very helpful features for group meetings. It would also be helpful to mute the entire call in case you need to be in a meeting and listen to something else on your computer at the same time. Currently, you need to leave the meeting to accomplish this.
