RealWear: Microsoft Teams for RealWear Application Needs Better Hand Off Capability
When using Microsoft Teams for RealWear wearables, the hand-off capability between a PC, iPhone, iPad, Android and the RealWear wearables performs inconsistently and is a feature that significantly values the Teams option above other market sector competitors that do not have this feature. It is a regular occurrence that this has to happen, from initiation, to dynamic integration between field worker / first responder, for technical discussion to close out, this may happen several times, particularly with the field worker, but also with the remote supporters who may need to switch to continue support but also so they can move around and and gather other supporters or attend to other appointments. If this were to work consistently and predictably, and the other RealWear suggestions be adopted, this would be a game changer and MAJOR differentiator, providing much needed support during COVID-19. Agreed. Functioning MS Teams app on the realwear would change the playing field. Right now, it’s a frustrating mess due to poor picture quality and what appears to be about 8 frames per second. Not the 30 that the HMT is capable of
