Choose if all calls or just phone lines are forwarded to your delegate within Teams
Scenario:
Manager with a phone number +XX100100222 and Teams (MS Phone System)
Assistant of the Manager with phone number +XX100100333 and Teams (MS Phone System)
The Assistant is set as a delegate for the Manager and the
Delegate settings on the Managers profile for the assistant are:
Make calls - Yes
Receive calls - Yes
Change call and delegate settings - Yes
The Calls settings on the Managers user are:
Forward my calls - Yes
Forward to: My delegates
The Manager is called via Teams from someone within the company, the call is forwarded to the Assistant first. (Wrong, this should not happen)
The Manager is called from a Phone outside the company via the +XX100100222 number, the call is forwarded to the Assistant first. (This should happen)
The issue here is that the Managers Teams calls and Phone System calls are not split, it makes no sense to do this unless you give people a choice.
I've been working with Teams since 2017 and every Manager has also personal calls which the usually get by Teams because they can only be made by either people from within the company or guests. The Phone line is something "anyone" can call and therefore the Assistant gets the call to see if it is important enough or not.

Need the flexibility to choose which calls are answered by the delegate.
Need seperate Internal and External call settings.
