API's on Teams calling for Integration with CRM and other systems.
Enable integration between Teams calling metadata with any CRM solution. The PTSN usage report gives us (almost) all the meta-data we need. We can export that data to excel in order to import into the CRM solution. This is an OK solution, but manual.
In order of preference, better solutions will be:
• An event on completion of a Teams call that allows an integration process to receive the data contained in the PTSN report for that call.
• API access to run and retrieve the data contained in the PTSN usage report
• A feature that allows the admin user to auto schedule the PTSN usage report (eg. hourly, daily), saving it to a user defined folder on the network.
