Delay chat messages sending until colleague is out of a meeting/call
I do not want to disturb or distract a colleague during their meeting, so I refrain from asking a question or making a comment. However, I often forget it later on. It would be nice if I can tick a box that says something like "send when user is available"
This is very much needed, it's a pain to try to remember a question and constantly check to see if a colleague is out of a meeting, especially when the question doesn't deserve a full on email. Please make this happen Microsoft !
I concur. With staff working asynchronously I'd like to be able to send a message when it is convenient for me, but have the recipient process it when it is convenient for them.
YES! This is exactly what I came here to propose. This is needed..
