Disable incoming video EXCEPT presentation
Currently if you disable incoming video, presentations are disabled as well, but you might want to disable cam stream, but not shared screen.

This idea is important. Who wants to see someone who refuses to turn off their video as requested by the host, and then eats their lunch while leaving their camera feed on. Very distracting.
I would still want to see the host video feed and the hosts shared screen.
