Allow setting of meeting options within the Teams app instead of launching a browser and setting them outside of Teams - the current process is clunky and unnecessary...and while you're at it, allow setting of the meeting options BEFORE you send the invite

Please provide parity with the Skype for Business plugin for Outlook and make meeting options available without opening another window.

+1 Opening always a new window is not user friendly. I also miss to set personal default settings like we have it in Skype for Business.

Hello,
Guest users are required to be admitted into the meeting. A user can set the guest permissions after they create the meeting and navigate to the 'Meeting options' link. The user is taken to their browser to set the 'who can bypass the lobby' option. I suggest that there be a toggle withing the teams/meeting marker scene or a global option list for meeting but still withing teams scene.
TL:DR: I don't want to navigate out of teams to config any settings.
Thanks

Agree. Also, on MacOS clicking on the link opens the webpage it in the background, meaning you have no idea what’s happening until you go to your browser and find multiple tabs open to the meeting options page.. which doesn’t even support Safari, so you need to copy paste the link into a third browser.. sigh.

Integrate "Metting options" within desktop app UI; eliminate call to web UI. Why does Teams open a web browser to make changes to meeting options. This is a disjointed UI experience and did not work for me in MS Edge so I had to switch the default browser to Chrome for it to work.

Currently, when I click on a meeting option for a scheduled meeting in my desktop client, it doesn't respond and I have to open it in my browser and set it.
We would like to request functional improvements so that this can all be done on the desktop client.

In the desktop app, after creating a meeting, when entering to change the Meeting Options, it jumps in the browser as a page, instead opening in the app. If you are connected with a different username in the browser, it will give you an error. Make it open just in the app.
