Upload your own company branding into Teams background effects.
It would be great to be able to upload company branding to the new background effects so users can choose an effect that has their company's branding on and it would be available across the organisation.

It would be extremely helpful to provide an option to suppress or replace the pervasive clip art in Teams, as this will meat any company style guides in rare cases, only, while not being essential for functionality nor supports easy navigation. The more neutral or universal design Microsoft applies in other applications would be sufficient.
An actual Branding feature might not even be on top of the wish list from a corporate / Teams support point of view. Clip art is a bare matter of taste. We get user feedback like "camp", "cheesy" or even "offensive" - might this be vindicated or not - for user acceptance simply turning this off would be likely the best.
As opposed, the icon set used for navigation appears to be decent, and just could be revised in order to remove ambiguities in rare cases.
It would be great to have this available as a company-wide gallery (like the default backgrounds from the CDN), rather than users having to add them and getting stored in C:\Users\[userID]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads (so they are gone when the user gets a new system) on Windows or Teams client folder ~/library/application support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads on a Mac

In addition to how the feature works today, we would like to have the ability to disable this for some, but allow capability for specific internal divisions to add their background images in a categorical manner that all internal users, being part of that group or part of the internal company, would be able to access, select and upload. All meeting attendees (internal and external) would see the background when a meeting is in session and where a company branded background was used. This should be available for Windows Desktop, Android and iOS mobile platforms.
This is a must.
It should be possible to implement something similar as for the default backgrounds which

Yes please. The Teams environment is gaining popularity in my organization with constant competition from Zoom for outwardly facing meeting. That is to spite all the concerns with Zoom credibility and security. This feature would give Teams a leg up in that competition.
