Automatic audio volume normalization
It would be good to be able to automatically normalize audio volume of meeting participants. Currently, some participants sound very loud (requiring us to manually decrease speaker volume), while others sound too soft (again, requiring us to increase the volume).
Spotify has a similar feature to normalize music loudness across all songs in a playlist... could that concept apply here?
Seriously! This function seems built in to all the other video conferencing applications as a default., which is the right way to do it. We use WebEx, Zoom and Teams at my company and this is only a problem in Teams.
Same request. When can we expect this feature?

Yes - please incorporate this into Teams. I can normalise volume using an external app, but then it applies to non-comms sounds on my computer, which I don't want. Please save our ears from colleagues with boosted mics!
This is a constant annoyance. Some people are using headsets with a microphone close to their mouth while others are relying on microphones in their laptop, there's a huge difference in volume. Teams seems to rely on the device to normalise volume but it doesn't work well.

Would help us in our new work from home lives where some team members come into meetings like a bull in a china shop!
