Increase Presenter Limit in Teams Live Event from 9
Increase the Presenter/Producer limit from 9 to 50. Some enterprises may have about 4 presenters per geography. If you have 8 locations with 4 presenters each then Live Events isn't an application that can be leveraged. Conversely, Skype Broadcast can accommodate a high number of presenters.

Especially these days in pademic, You should increase your limit in live events if you do that Teams Live event would move ahead of the others streaming apps exactly. Moreover,so many customer would like you to do that in deed.

Long overdue. This would help a lot.

With Covid, we have found ourselves increasingly having a need for upwards of 9 presenters. Having to juggle cameras is a logistical nightmare for producers. It would be great if this could be actioned as soon as possible please!

Yeah i didn't know this was a thing at first until a major event was about to go live.
There should be a warning when inviting speakers. Also teams meetings can go up to 49 so we should be able to do the same in a live event.

@EricW, the producers don't need to have their cameras on (maybe one to give hand signals in case the presenter is muted)
That will free up a couple.
Then tell people who are not speaking to keep their cameras off until its closer to their time to present, then turn their cameras off when they are finished.
I've been doing events with 20-25 presenters, as long as everyone knows the flow of the event it's pretty simple to have only the few cameras that you need available to be on when you need them
Hope this helps

In many orgnisations there are as many as 20 members in executive council board. hence increasing the numbers of presenters to 50 will greatly help

We only just picked this up on a rehearsal for a major event happening any minute - why oh why oh why is this information not up front?

We hosted a virtual Town Hall recently and were unaware of this limit until we were actually live. Would greatly appreciate if this request could get prioritized.

OMG PLEASE.... as a producer, we always have three producers one for slides one for video/content, and Q&A person that only leaves 6 video squares and most of our town halls has more. This is a real problem for us.

This makes sense but in the day of live streaming we need this to increase.
Events often have 10, 12, 20 presenters and turning cameras off and on adds delay and extra work for speakers. -

Having only nine videos show isn't great as long as we can choose any presenter to push live - which hasn't been the case. Seven council members plus two producers means we can't show any staff as presenters unless we start kicking people out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. This needs changed asap or we're going to have to move to a different platform, sadly.

Just had a real issue in a live event where we hit the max 9 presenters limit without knowing it was there. This limit should be clearly stated as when organizing the meeting Teams allows you to add presenters and producers with no warnings!!
Needs to be 50 and have clear warnings if you try to add more

The inability to see more than 9 videos is a massive drawback of using Teams Live Events

update: The total number of presenters is still 250, however the total number of presenters that can share live video appears to be 9.

I definitely agree with the above. This would make a huge difference in our org.
