participants viewed on top of screen during presentation
When someone is sharing a screen or presenting, a list of participants are shown at the bottom of the window. If anyone is using their camera to make a comment or ask a question, their eyes are pointing downward and it doesn't look very engaging. Is it possible to move the list of participants to the top of the window so at least people will be looking more in the direction of their camera and make it feel more like that person is looking at you?
@ Microsoft - if you care about customer satisfaction, implementing this single feature will move the needle dramatically to your favor.
this would be a really good improvement - it would help reduce the impact of looking at yourself all day.

I hope someone at Microsoft will see this and make it happen
Move participants to the top of the screen to promote better eye contact

for the LOVE OF GOD, Implement this. How hard could it be? It would promote better eye contact during remote meetings.
I've been dreaming of this for months!! (Okay, I need to get out more, but you know ...) Putting the people you're talking/listening to as close to the camera as possible is a no-brainer of an idea so that you're always looking into the camera (or very nearly). Maybe the participant bar (does it have a name?) can be moved by the user in case their camera is to the side, such as when using a tablet, etc.
This is my number one request!!!
Yes please! Would be much better for engagement.
