Live Event - Producer voice isolation
We held our first teams Live Event yesterday, on the whole it was amazing. My only gripe is that as producer I would like the option to be able to speak to the presenters without the attendees being able to hear.
Thanks
Edd

Great idea! I just made a similar post to this also suggesting system audio shared to only be heard when the content is sent live.

Yes Upvote this, I think the producers and presenters should be in a "Quiet Room" where coordination and other off camera situations could be addressed with out the audience hearing. I guess it would be equivalent to backstage microphones. Excellent, yes back stage microphones

This is a critical requirement to running a professional event. We need it for during presentations and also in the intermission to have private conversations. Right now we limit conversations to the intermission and the participants can hear us queuing up the next speaker which is really inappropriate.

Having this feature would set Microsoft Teams Live Event to a professional webcast level that competitors would love to have. As a Producer and audience a like, virtual broadcast for large corporate companies is becoming the norm. Intermission breaks is a must for longer broadcasts but we also need to communicate with other members on the team that are helping produce the Live Event. The chat feature is not ideal to communicate problem solving issues during the Live Event, rather use voice.

It would be ideal, especailly if we have the option to speak to individual people. I have townhalls that have 10-15 different presenters. In order for me to be sure to have the next speaker available, I have everyone but the current speaker, the next speaker, and the top executive have their cameras on, everyone else off. Then when I move on to the next presenter, the one who just finished talking turns off their camera, and the new "next person" turns theirs on so I can queue it up. I would live to be ablet o verbally say "OK Christine, please turn your camera on" just to her. Or i case of some broadcasts where multiple people want to know how many people are online, I can just broadcast (3,250 viewers currently) without it going over the air

UPvote this. I was initially told this was how it worked so we were really disappointed later. We need this so we can get people in queue and make sure their mics are on etc.

This would be a great feature because the chat feature can be missed by presenters when trying to give some instruction

L'application est belle mais il faut voire le problème de la voix dans live s'il vous plaît et merci

This would be fantastic. It would enable a much higher production value.

it would be a great "voice of God" option for when a presenter is speaking with their mic muted
