See participants while sharing screen
Currently, participants can see others while the screen is shared. But the presenter cannot. I would like it to be able to see participants while sharing my screen.
Thank you for your feedback. The team has this request under review, we will share an update as soon as one is available.
In addition to this, is so important to be able to select which videos to see while a screen is shared or at least be able to scroll through. I'd like to see the leader's face to observe their reaction during the presentation, but their video is buried and unable to be viewed. Super frustrating.
+1 Want this feature!
Please add this function quickly. I can't give trainings like this. It shouldn't be that hard since participants in a training can already see what I as a trainer want to see as well. It's already there...

This is a necessary feature for this video platform to be functional. It is crazy that it doesn't exist already! I would prefer to use Teams but have to use Zoom when screen sharing, which is often. Please add this feature!!! Especially in today's world where we rely on virtual connection to supplement in person due to the pandemic.
Yes agree as need to be able to see if anyone has a raised hand which is not possible when sharing your screen.
+1 Need this!
It is crazy that Teams wants to compete with Zoom. This is so basic. The only way of having a decent meeting is being able to see people's reactions!

It would be nice to still see a strip of videos at the bottom when presenting. Not sure why this doesn't occur. Surprised this hasn't been fixed yet.
I am most often the mtg facilitator and the person sharing their screen. It is hugely problematic that I am the only mtg participant that can't "see the room" while all the participants can. They see each other's faces/reactions in addition to the content I'm sharing, but I'm in the dark. Fatal design flaw IMO. Please provide screensharers with the same ability to see the participants.

Bildschirm teilen und gleichzeitig Teilnehmer sehen. Das ist eine unverzichtbare Anwender Möglichkeit.

This so ennoying! WebEx and Zoom allows to see other participants but Teams does not.
In this world of lockdown and home working, it is essential that we can connect with customers and see their reactions/engagement when we are presenting. The fact that each audience member can see the presentation and the other participants, and yet the presented is closed off from seeing the audience is a huge failing.
That would be an important improvement.
I am dumbfounded this is not already an option. I had been using WebEx for all presentations for this reason, however our company switched to 100% Teams and that is no longer an option.
For sales presentations being able to see your meeting participants while presenting is a must.
Please for the love, fix this now!
Our company is pushing for another program because of the lack of having this feature. Please add this.

This feature is urgently needed in Teams. Until it arrives, Zoom and Webex are our best friends.

Also on the receiving end of the presentation it would be beneficial to have a (custumizable) side by side view of the participants (preferably the webcam view) and the presentation/shared screen.
It is now possible with sharing PPT presentation inside Teams.
It will be useful to have the pop-up presenter for other sharing screen
It makes sense to hide it when only one monitor is used. But it is annoying when this happens on multiple monitors. I expect to see my audience all the time...
its very important in class, as the teacher can't saw the name of student that answer the question
